Grain by Grain

What it is

A plate of mixed grains, and two places to put them. That is the whole game.

Sort the grains at your own pace. No rush, no pressure — just a little game to enjoy whenever you have a few minutes. Pick one up and carry it across, or gather a handful of one kind, draw a loop around them and move them together. Nothing is timed and nothing is ever lost: leave in the middle of a plate and it is waiting exactly as you left it.

And a puppy who helps. Sometimes.

A little dog sleeps at the edge of the table. Play for a while and it wakes up, stretches, and starts carrying grains to where they belong — slowly, and not always to the right heap.

Leave it alone too long and it gets bored: it will wander off, roll about, chase something only it can see. Tap the table and it comes back. It is not a helper you manage and it cannot lose you anything. It is a puppy.

A quiet world ranking

Every plate you finish adds to a lifetime count, and that count can go on a board — the world's top ten, your own country's, and the few players either side of you. It is on by default and one tap turns it off.

There is nothing social about it. A row shows six random characters, a country and a number. No names, no messages, no photographs, nothing written by another player. Nobody can reach you through this game.

Quiet by design

• No account and no sign-in. No email address, no name, no phone number — nothing to create and nothing to remember.
• We do not track you. No advertising identifier of ours, no analytics, no crash reporting, and the app never asks permission to track.
• Advertisements are not personalised. A short advertisement appears between plates — never in your first five plates, and never twice inside four minutes. Every request we make to Google asks for non-personalised advertisements only.
• In Europe there are no advertisements at all. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the game shows none, and asks you nothing.
• Everything can be deleted. Clear, at the foot of the settings panel, removes your record from your phone and from our server at once.

分米粒 — 一粒一粒

一盘混在一起的米，两个地方可以放。这就是整个游戏。

按自己的节奏来。不用赶，也没有压力——只是一个有几分钟空闲就能玩一会儿的小游戏。可以一粒一粒地拿过去， 也可以把同一种的聚到一起，画个圈，一把送走。没有计时，也不会丢：中途离开，回来时那盘米还在原处等着。

还有一只小狗，偶尔帮忙

桌边睡着一只小狗。玩一会儿它就醒了，伸个懒腰，开始把米粒叼到该去的地方——很慢，而且不一定叼对。

晾它太久它会无聊：跑开、打滚、追一个只有它看得见的东西。拍一下桌子，它就回来了。它不是一个要你管理的帮手， 也不会让你损失任何东西。它就是一只小狗。

一个安静的世界排行榜

每打完一盘都会计入累计粒数，这个数字可以上榜——世界前十、你所在国家的前十，以及你上下相邻的几个人。 默认参加，点一下就可以退出。

它没有任何社交成分。一行只有六个随机字符、一个国家和一个数字。没有名字，没有消息，没有照片， 没有任何由别的玩家写下的内容。没有人能通过这个游戏找到你。

安静，是设计的一部分

• 没有账号，不用登录。没有邮箱，没有名字，没有电话号码——没有什么要创建，也没有什么要记。
• 我们不追踪你。没有我们自己的广告标识符，没有分析统计，没有崩溃上报，应用也从不请求追踪权限。
• 广告不是个性化的。两盘之间会出现一次短广告——前五盘完全不出，四分钟之内也不会再出。 我们向 Google 发出的每一次请求，都只要非个性化广告。
• 在欧洲完全没有广告。在欧洲经济区、英国和瑞士，游戏不展示任何广告，也不向你询问任何事情。
• 一切都可以删除。设置面板底部的注销，会同时从你的手机和我们的服务器上删掉你的记录。
