These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SirenEx, a secure messaging application operated by ICEDLATTE TECH PTE. LTD. ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using SirenEx, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using SirenEx, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction) to use SirenEx. By using the application, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account registration
To use SirenEx, you must register with a valid phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SirenEx to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Engage in fraud, scams, or any illegal activity.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Content
SirenEx uses end-to-end encryption. We do not have access to the content of your messages. You are solely responsible for the content you send through the application.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
SirenEx is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICEDLATTE TECH PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or revenue arising from your use of SirenEx.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SirenEx at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by applicable law. You may stop using the application at any time.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of SirenEx after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
